We strive to ensure that our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, size, and design may occur. All products are subject to availability we reserve the right to discontinue products or modify them without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping within Australia. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by delivery delays. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.  

We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, but we may do so at our discretion. Any such returns must comply with our return policy, including: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances. To claim, please contact us at busybeeco@outlook.com and provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) and a description of the issue, including photos if applicable.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of your use of our products or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in WA.
